During the COVID-19 isolation period it is important to stock up on pantry and freezer food items to last in your household. However, this is not a call-to-action to stock up on confectionary and fried snacks. In fact, now more than ever is a great time to fill your cupboards and freezers with healthier foods and try out some new recipes.
